As the  CEO, Reds Reilly is responsible for sales, overseeing estimating and job site progress, and quality control at Russ Kelly & Associates. Reds performs budget development and submission, detailed and comprehensive quantity takeoff, accurate cost evaluation, subcontractor and supplier bid solicitation, and bid submission.

Reds fosters relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction while following each project to its completion.
