OUR FOCUS
Russ Kelly & Associates is a Commercial General Contractor in the City of Philadelphia and the surrounding areas, specializing in commercial and retail fitout.
Our primary focus is the construction of restaurants. We have a strong presence in Center City as well as the Philadelphia International Airport and have vast experience working with the City of Philadelphia, the Department of Licensing and Inspections, the Department of Aviation, and Marketplace PHL Management.
BUILT ON VERSATILITY
We have made Center City Philadelphia our home and have thrived in the construction of fine dining restaurants and high-profile attractions ever since working on the former five-star Le Bec Fin. Our reputation has led us to build our clients captivating spaces including Harp & Crown, Vernick Food & Drink, The Hadley at Parktowne Place, Roy Pitz Brewing Company, and Blind Barber.
We do Landlord fitout for The Four Seasons Hotel at the Comcast Center, which included updating bedroom and bathroom fixtures on 12 floors. RKA also has a long-standing relationship with Marketplace PHL and we have helped many retailers to bring their business to PHL for travelers to enjoy.
We built Flight Centre's new Center City Flagship office location for Liberty Travel. The highly anticipated Chestnut Street location was built in 17 weeks, with the Ownership, Architect, Designer and RKA collaborating to making a splash with an outstanding new design.
