The Chocolate Works is an apartment building located in Old City, Philadelphia. It offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with views overlooking the Delaware River, the Ben Franklin Bridge, and the Center City Skyline. Russ Kelly & Associates recently added a fitness center to the first floor of the building. The white color of the painted brick walls and the green accent wall along with the finished bamboo floors capture the modern feel that is present through the rest of the building. The many windows within the space allow for natural lighting and tenants are able to enjoy the urban scenery during their workout. RKA also installed the large, hanging lights as well as the large fans throughout the space to create the perfect place for tenants to get fit.
