Since opening in Terminal F in September 2022, passengers have been enjoying the fresh flavors of Southeast Asian street food from WinKitchen, a Philly-based, quick-service restaurant. A minority-owned business, WinKitchen serves up chef-inspired, bold-flavored Southeast Asian cuisine made from locally sourced fresh ingredients.

The 500-square-foot renovation for Strother Enterprises involved a full gut of the front-of-house area while retaining the existing kitchen. The primary challenge was the remote location at the far end of Terminal F, which required careful logistical planning and coordination. Notable built elements included detailed faux brick walls and custom woodwork that elevated the space's aesthetic. The project was completed smoothly with minimal complications and was delivered in collaboration with Design on the Square.
