The Urban Juicer was founded in Nashville by female country-folk singer Celeste Krenz. It first opened for business in 2011 as a juice stand inside a YMCA and has since expanded to six stand-alone stores and two airport locations, one of which is Philadelphia International Airport. The fast-casual, wellness brand sells fresh juices, smoothies, and food at all of their locations.
The main challenge of this job lay in the specialized finishes for floors, walls, and signage. This gave the restaurant an attractive and modern look, but it also required the meticulous removal of existing finishes.
Installation of the synthetic plants and shrubbery that formed the interior brand signage proved to be quite interesting, as securing the faux foliage and logo elements required an innovative approach.
