Operated by local franchisee, Philly Concession Enterprises, Inc., Mo’ Burger treats travelers to gourmet burgers that are fresh and never frozen, along with fresh cut fries, appetizers, shakes and desserts. Mo’ Burger at the Philadelphia International Airport is located in Terminal D at Gate D4.

Reclaimed wood as the siding on the front counter adds a down-home, rustic feel to the venue. Electric blue tile and red hanging lamps add bright pops of color to the neutral palette. 

Despite the sleek finished product, RKA faced some challenges along the way, such as fitting a full-service kitchen and Type 2 grease hood in a 325-square-foot space. Collaboration, planning and ingenuity solved the problem.
