Headquartered in Nashville, Lily Palmer is a flower and gift shop providing pre-made and custom bouquets and floral arrangements, as well as candles and other aromatic items. Located on the second floor of the connector to Terminals B and C, it's a popular stop for travelers seeking a gift to give loved ones upon their arrival.

RKA prioritized client requirements while creating an elegant space. To keep their flowers fresh, Lily Palmer requested that coolers be integrated with some of the displays. We accomplished this by creating hidden access panels that both concealed the mechanical aspects of the coolers and allowed for easy maintenance. For the custom lighting package, which featured a chandelier in the center of the space, we accommodated the electrical wiring by constructing access panels in the ceiling. RKA also built the cash wrap, which is finished with a white quartz countertop.​
