PHL welcomes 1920 Merch Co.'s first airport location! 1920 Merch Co. sells items such as apparel and mugs, but what makes them unique is that their focus is centered around the 1920 ratification of the 19th amendment which provided women with the right to vote.    

UNIQUE TO THIS PROJECT

RKA had the opportunity to create an eye-catching space while still keeping in mind the unique needs of this client. RKA was able to install new access panels to secure the electrical wiring, while still allowing for maintenance access. RKA also installed the requested lighting package including the custom pendant light fixtures in the center of the space. RKA also installed a new cash wrap as well as the wall-mounted shelving units around the perimeter of the space while leaving the existing brick tile exposed for an artistic flare. The store front was also installed by RKA including the copper penny tile that serves as the back drop for the 1920 Merch Co. logo at the front of store. It was a pleasure to have played a role in bringing this unique concept to PHL.
